KVKK information notice

This English text is a convenience translation. If it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.

This information notice is given under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It explains the personal data processed when you visit this website. The G-Asist app is a separate product and will have its own information notice.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Deer Studios.

2. Personal data we process

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address and technical data about your request when it delivers the pages. That technical data covers the address of the page you ask for, the referring page, and information such as your browser’s type and version.
• If visit statistics are switched on, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without knowing who you are. We see these statistics only in anonymous, aggregate form.
• If you email us, we process your email address and what you write.

The site’s own code sets no cookies. This website does not ask for your name, your phone number or any health information.

3. Purposes

• We process your IP address and the technical data about your request to deliver the pages to you.
• We use the same data to keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
• If statistics are switched on, we count visits to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
• If you email us, we process your email to answer you.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK. It allows processing that is necessary for the data controller’s legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include running a secure website, understanding in aggregate how it is used, and answering your emails.

5. Recipients and transfer abroad

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and, when statistics are switched on, provides them. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer is subject to Article 9 of the KVKK.

Emails you send us are processed by Google (Google Workspace), which provides our email service. If that provider processes your data outside Türkiye, that transfer is also subject to Article 9 of the KVKK.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

6. How the data is collected

Your personal data is collected automatically, through the hosting infrastructure, when you visit the site. If you email us, we receive your data from your email.

7. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to us to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information about the processing, if it is processed;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
• have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted or destroyed when the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK are met;
• have any correction, deletion or destruction notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred;
• object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
• claim compensation if you suffer loss because your data was processed unlawfully.

8. How to apply

You can send your application by email to destek@deerstudios.co. We will conclude it free of charge as soon as possible, and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.

9. Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the version and date at the top change with it.
