Between appointments, the questions keep coming.

  • Which side did I inject last week? See Injections.
  • How do I keep my muscle? See Exercise.
  • Am I eating enough protein? See Food.
  • I feel sick. Should I call my doctor? See Health.
  • Why am I hungrier after a short night? See Sleep.

Injections

Every injection, logged in one tap.

Tap Taken when your dose is done. G-Asist saves the site, suggests where to inject next and counts what’s left in your pen. On dose day, it reminds you at the time you chose.

Exercise plans

Short workouts that help protect your muscle.

Muscle is worth protecting while your weight changes. Pick a plan for home or the gym, then follow each move at your own pace, with how to do it and the muscles it works.

Sample data
A bodyweight squat in two positions: standing tall with hands behind the head, then lowered with hips back and knees bent. The thigh muscles are highlighted.

Bodyweight squat

3 sets · 8 to 15 reps · no equipment

  1. Stand with your feet a little wider than your hips.
  2. Push your hips back and bend your knees as if sitting into a chair.
  3. Go as low as feels comfortable, then stand tall again.

Food

Log a meal in a few taps.

Search, scan a barcode or pick from your eating plan. Protein, fibre and water add up as you go, so you always know where your day stands.

Health assist

Know when to call your doctor.

Tell G-Asist what you’re noticing and answer a few short questions. It shows which kind of help fits and why, then checks in with you later. It doesn’t diagnose.

Pathway rules are placeholders under medical review before launch.

Sample data

Four levels of help

Example: vomiting

  1. 0Common
  2. 1Keep an eye on it
  3. 2Contact your doctor today
  4. 3Get urgent help now

Then it checks in after 12, 24 or 48 hours. Worse moves you up a level.

Sleep

See what a short night changes.

Log when you slept and how it felt. Over a few weeks, G-Asist shows how your nights connect to the next day, using only your own logs.

Sample data

Last 7 nights

Goal 7 to 9 hours

7 h 12 min last night

Short sleep and next-day hungerAfter nights under 6.5 hours, your food noise was higher the next day.

Your week

Day 2 can feel very different from day 6.

G-Asist lines up your own check-ins by the days since your dose, so what you see fits the day you’re on.

D0 is dose day. Stronger colour means a higher score.

Average check-in scores by day since the dose, sample logs. Scores are out of 5; sleep is in hours.

Day 1

Why nausea happens and what helps
