1. What this notice covers

This notice covers this website only. The information notice required by Article 10 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) is on the KVKK information notice page.

The G-Asist app is a separate product and will have its own privacy notice. Statements on this website about how the app handles data describe the app, not this website.

3. What is processed when you visit

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes your IP address, the address of the page you ask for, the referring page, and information such as your browser’s type and version, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
• Your choice to pause or restart the screen videos is stored in your browser only. It is not sent to us.
• If visit statistics are switched on, the page address, referring page, load times, browser, device type and country go to Cloudflare Web Analytics so that visits can be counted.
• If you email us, we keep your email address and what you write in our mailbox so that we can answer you.

The demos on this website run entirely in your browser and send nothing anywhere. We do not ask for your name, and we do not build a profile of you.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site’s own code sets no cookies.

When you press the button that pauses or restarts the screen videos, the site saves one item in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), under the name ga-loops-paused. It holds a single value that records whether the videos are paused. It is not sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage.

5. Legal bases

For visitors in Türkiye, we rely on Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK: processing that is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and of the UK GDPR: our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used.

For email you send us, the basis is the same: our legitimate interest in answering you.

6. Who receives data, and transfers abroad

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and, when statistics are switched on, provides them. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your request may be handled outside the country you are in, including outside Türkiye, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.

Emails you send us are processed by Google (Google Workspace), which provides our email service. If that provider processes them outside Türkiye, that is also a transfer abroad.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

7. How long data is kept

We keep no server logs of our own for this website. Cloudflare keeps its own records under its own policies.

We keep email for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority.

• In Türkiye, your rights are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can apply to us in writing or by email, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
• In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, your rights are set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR. You can complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This website is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
